Last week, I finished a big project for a client. I sent them an invoice for $1,000. They paid it, but when the money hit my account, I was missing almost forty bucks. The processing fees completely ate my profit. We’ve all been there.
It is super hard to figure out what Payoneer takes because it changes based on how you get the money. So, I built this calculator. Now you can see exactly what you’re going to pay before you send an invoice. Big difference.
Interactive Payoneer Fee Calculator
Here is the tool. You just type in your numbers. It reads the 2026 math and tells you your exact fees.
| Gross Amount | $1,000.00 |
| Processing Fee (3.99%) | -$39.90 |
| Fixed Fee | -$0.00 |
| Net Payout | $960.10 |
| Payoneer | $39.90 |
| Stripe (2.9% + 30¢) |
$29.30 |
| PayPal (3.49% + 49¢) |
$35.39 |
Payoneer Fee Structure Breakdown
When you use Payoneer, they charges you in a few different ways. Our code pulls the exact 2026 numbers. Let us look at what they take.
Receiving Payments (Credit Cards, ACH, and Marketplaces)
How you get paid changes everything. Here is the math we use in our tool:
- Credit Card (Payoneer Checkout): They take exactly 3.99%.
- ACH Debit (US Clients): This is much cheaper. It only cost 1%.
- PayPal Integration (US Only): They charge you 3.99% plus a $0.49 fixed fee.
- From another Payoneer User: This is the best way. It is 0%. Completely free.
Withdrawing Funds to Your Local Bank Account
When you want to take your money out, Payoneer takes a cut. If you withdraw to a local bank account, it depends on your volume. If you move less than $50,000, you pay a flat $1.50. If you move more than $50,000, the rate drops to 0.5%. If you use an ATM to grab cash, they charge a flat $3.15 fee.
Currency Conversion and Cross-Border Margins
This is where they get you. If you check the box in our tool for “Cross-Currency Conversion,” you will see a 2.00% markup added to your bill. This happens when you get paid in one currency but withdraw in another.
Hidden Costs: Chargebacks, Refunds, and Inactivity Fees
While our calculator focuses on the main transaction math, always remember that cross-currency marks and specific platform fees add up. The 2% conversion markup is basically a hidden cost. You have to watch out for it.
How to Minimize Your Payoneer Processing Fees
You don’t have to pay all these fees. There are smart ways to keep your money.
Utilizing Free Account-to-Account Transfers
If you look at our calculator, the “P2P” option for receiving payments is 0%. If your client also uses Payoneer, tell them to pay you account-to-account. You pay zero fees.
Batching Withdrawals to Reduce Fixed Costs
If you withdraw from your bank, you pay $1.50 every time (under 50k). Don’t pull out $50 every day. Wait until you have $1,000. You still only pay the $1.50 once. It saves a lot of money over the year. Check Investopedia to learn more about saving on bank fees.
Managing Multi-Currency Balances Strategically
That 2.00% cross-currency fee is painful. If you get paid in USD, try to spend it in USD. Don’t convert it to Euros unless you absolutely need to.
Passing Fees to Customers vs. Absorbing Costs
Look at the “Target Net Amount” on our dashboard. This is a reverse calculator. If you want exactly $1,000 in your pocket, and your client pays with a Credit Card, you need to invoice them for $1,041.56. The tool does this math for you.
Payoneer Fees by Platform & Integration
Different platforms connect to Payoneer in different ways.
Amazon Sellers and E-commerce Marketplaces

When you run a store, you have choices. Our tool compares Payoneer directly against others.
